Queen Bee Graphics Custom Order Policy

Thank you for choosing Queen Bee Graphics! Every item is custom made with care just for you. Please read the following policies before placing your order.

Custom Orders

All products are made to order based on the information you provide. Please double check all names, spelling, dates, colors, and design requests before submitting your order. Queen Bee Graphics is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

Processing Time

• Standard processing time is 7 to 14 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Large orders, holiday orders, and highly customized items may require additional time.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on my current workload. Please contact me before placing your order to check availability.

Payments

• Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Orders are not started until payment has been received.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Proofs

If a proof is provided, it is your responsibility to carefully review it before approving production. Once approval has been given, Queen Bee Graphics is not responsible for any spelling errors, incorrect information, or design choices that were approved by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is custom made specifically for you:

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted on custom products.
• If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.

Colors

Actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, printers, and materials. Minor color variations are considered normal and are not grounds for a refund.

Handmade Products

Many of our products are handmade. Small variations are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

Shipping

Once your package has been shipped, Queen Bee Graphics is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has started. Once work has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Copyright & Trademark Policy

Queen Bee Graphics respects all copyright and trademark laws.

• Customers requesting designs featuring copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos, brands, or artwork must have permission to use them.
• Any artwork created by Queen Bee Graphics may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
• Photos of completed custom work may be used for advertising and social media unless the customer requests otherwise before the order is completed.

Customer Communication

Please respond promptly if additional information or proof approval is needed. Delayed responses may result in delayed completion of your order.

By placing an order with Queen Bee Graphics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the policies listed above.
